Build a focused walk list
Start from a reusable campaign segment, create a canvassing operation, and freeze the people included in that field work. The campaign keeps the operation and its revision visible instead of changing an active list underneath the team.
Authorized organizers can use private maps with organizer-reviewed Canadian address matching, while the accessible list mode remains available.
Record the conversation at the door
Assigned team members work through one stop at a time and record attempts and person-level interactions. Results can lead to an existing contact history or an authoritative follow-up task for the campaign team.
Keep assigned work protected
Volunteers receive only the minimum information needed for their current assignments. When offline field work is enabled for a campaign, a user deliberately downloads a short-lived, assignment-scoped package; it is not a general database export.
The current plan also includes an editable one-page campaign site at the Ehlect subdomain. The private operations workspace remains separate from the public site.
